Poornima comes with a cumulative HR Generalist experience of over 5 She currently works at the Esteem House in Dharwad as a Manager for Human Resources and oversees the recruitment, Payroll, Performance Appraisals, Training and Development activities across all the group’s practices in Karnataka. She’s been instrumental in the implementation of the revised Attendance Policy for the Group and worked closely with the stakeholders to implement the program. She is a people person by heart and when off work she loves to indulge in reading novels.
